What to expect at your child's first visit
We recommend a first visit when the first tooth appears, or by your child's first birthday. It's short, relaxed and all about getting comfortable.
We'll say hello, count teeth, check gums and jaw growth, look for early signs of decay, and talk with you about brushing, teething, diet and habits like thumb sucking. Little ones can sit in your lap — no rushing, no pressure.

A kid-friendly approach
We explain everything in kid language, show and tell before we do anything, and go at your child's pace. Lots of praise, high fives and smiles.

Toys, trains and treasures
From the toy train to the famous toy room, our office is built so kids actually look forward to coming in. Every visit ends with a prize.
sealants
Dental sealants
Sealants are a thin, tooth-colored coating painted onto the chewing surfaces of back teeth, where most cavities start. No numbing, no drilling — and the CDC reports they prevent about 80% of cavities for two years.
cleanings
Cleanings and checkups
Every six months we gently clean and polish teeth, check for cavities, and take X-rays only when needed. Regular checkups help us catch problems before they hurt.
fluoride
Fluoride treatments
A quick fluoride varnish strengthens enamel and helps reverse very early decay. It takes less than a minute and comes in kid-approved flavors.
